File created by Bizagi Process Modeler, a business process modeling and documentation application; contains processes that consist of diagram shapes, images, arrow connectors, etc.; referred to as a model and may contain one or more diagrams.

This file is created by selecting File then Save As. The BPM extension is the default "Save as type." You can also create a BPM file by clicking the disk icon on the toolbar.

NOTE: The other Bizagi Process Modeler file type is .BPMC.
