What is an .URC file?

.URC is Unicenter Remote Control file

The urc file extension is related to files created by the Unicenter Remote Control product of Computer Associates.

When IT (Helpdesk) is remoting an end user's PC, it creates an URC file when the option is used to perform a Video Capture.

It is only played with Unicenter Remote Control with the Complete Agent, not the Client Only version or Management Console.
