Can't open .SHO file? Are you wondering what it contains? On our site we will explain to you what this file is, what it is used for and what software opens the .SHO file.

What is a .SHO file extension?

.SHO file extension is created by Show Pro Software. .SHO has been classified as Graphics Files.

.SHO is Show Pro show flow file

The sho file extension is associated with Show Pro Software, an electronic show flow software program and companion iPad app created for the live events industry.

The *.sho files are used by Show Pro Software for it's proprietary show flow files aka 'show flows', 'show grids', 'minute-by-minute', 'scripts', 'tech sheets' or 'cue sheets'.  The latest version of Show Pro Lite is used to open and view .sho files. Show Pro (full version) is used to open, view, create, edit and collaborate with other users. User-specific versions of the .sho files can be viewed on iPads running the latest version of the Show Pro Companion App for iPad. .sho files can also be saved locally, printed to hard copy, emailed or saved to Dropbox for sharing and collaborating with other Show Pro Software users.

How to open:

Use Show Pro graphic application to open files with sho extension.

How to convert:

As far as we know, this .sho file type can't be converted to any other file format. This is usually the case of system, configuration, temporary, or data files containing data exclusive to only one software and used for its own purposes. Also some proprietary or closed file formats cannot be converted to more common file types in order to protect the intellectual property of the developer, which is for example the case of some DRM-protected multimedia files.

How to fix problems with .SHO files

  1. You need to update the application that you normally use to open .SHO files. Only the latest version of the software supports the current .SHO file format
  2. You need to check the .SHO file for viruses. To do this, you need to scan it with a popular antivirus (Norton, Nod32, Kaspersky, Dr.Web, etc.)
