In Windows Vista and Windows 7, S2QL files can be found in subdirectories of the [user]\AppData\Local\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache\ directory.

In Mac OS X, they can be found in the subdirectories of this directory:[user]/Shared/Blizzard/Battle.net/Cache/

NOTE: Since S2QL files are saved in XML, you can view them with any text editor.
