.ROCA is RIB office Compressed Archive

Data file created by RIB office, a project management application for planners and engineers; stores a compressed archive of the office project management data; includes schedules, drawings, employee information, contract data, contacts, and invoices; used for archiving snapshots of the database.

The RIB office database stores the application data in a .ROD file, which uses the Progress ObjectStore database format. However, when a user saves the project database in RIB office, the software generates a ROCA file.

NOTE: RIB office is used to manage engineering projects in areas such as architecture, building construction, and road construction. It is no longer available for download.

How to fix problems with .ROCA files
