  • Open your company file, select QuickBooks → Preferences and choose Attachments.
  • NOTE: Previous versions of QuickBooks for Mac use the extensions .QB2013, .QB2012, .QB2011, etc. Although these are called legacy files in the QuickBooks 2014 release.
