.PJM is xPlan Model

Model created by xPlan, a project management application; similar to the .PJ2 file; holds a Documents folder and two .XML files; contains project data input such as reports, project tasks, resources, and events.

The two XML files are metadata.xml and project.xml. The metadata.xml file holds data about about the program such as its compatibility with iPads or its current version. The project.xml file contains information about the actual project such as the budget and the weekly schedule.

To create a PJM file:

  • Open the xPlan application, select Create a new project....
  • Once the project is open, select File → Save....
  • With the Save dialog box open, name your project, choose the save location, select "xPlan Model" in the File Format drop down menu, then click Save.

    How to fix problems with .PJM files
