.PDM is PowerDesigner Database File
Database created with Sybase PowerDesigner, an enterprise modeling and design program; stores database information as well as references to other files, such as the database definition (.XDB) file and model definition (.XEM) files.
PDM files can also be opened with Quest Software's QDesigner, which was discontinued in 2006.
NOTE: PowerDesigner was originally developed by Sybase, which was purchased by SAP.
