What is an .OPT file?

.OPT file extension is created by Zeljko Finzgar. .OPT has been classified as CAD Files.

.OPT is Opterecenja File

File saved by Opterecenja, a program used for creating construction project plans based on weather elements such as snow and wind; saves various parameters used for producing output values; used for calculating structural load, which can also be plotted visually in the software.

NOTE: The Opterecenja software and website are localized in the Croatian language. The word "Opterecenja" is the Croatian word for "load."

File Type 2:

Options File

Category: Settings Files

Configuration file that contains preferences and options settings for a specific program; modified by the program when the user selects different options within the program.

OPT files are referenced by several programs including Borland Delphi and SilkTest, Microsoft Visual Studio, Symantec pcAnywhere, and Macrovision FLEXnet Manager.

File Type 3:

AGT Game Data File

Category: Game Files

Game file used by AGiliTy, an Adventure Game Toolkit (AGT) interpreter; contains story data referenced by the AGT game as the player navigates through the story.

To play interactive fiction games, which include AGT games, you must type commands to navigate through a story, similar to a choose-your-own-adventure book.

AGT games are packaged with a large variety of files. Each file contains game data, including .TTL, .INS, .and VOC files. Because of the large number of files that accompany the AGT game, the files can be converted into a single .AGX file with the AGT2AGX utility that comes with AGiliTy. This conversion reduces clutter, load time, and game size.

Common OPT Filenames

[name of the game].opt - The OPT file will have the same name as the game it's created for.
