What is an .NMM file?

.NMM is Samsung Memo File

An NMM file is a data file created by select Samsung Galaxy mobile phones, such as the Galaxy Trend Plus and S7. It contains all of the memos, which may consist of text, handwritten notes, and graphics, that were created on the phone in the Memo app bundled with the phone.

You can use Samsung Kies or Smart Switch to backup and restore NMM files. You can also use the programs to transfer the NMM files to Samsung Notes, which replaced the Memo app on newer Samsung phones. NMM files can be imported into Samsung Notes to view the memos.
