Backup file created by Neat 5, a digital filing system application; contains a backup of your scanned documents, including receipts and contacts; similar to the .NRBAK and .NWBAK files.

To create a NBAK file, select Tools → Database → Offline Backup, click "Browse," choose the save location (Don't select the Neat Data folder location), click "Backup" to begin the process, set a backup reminder if you'd like, and click Save + Close.

To restore a database using the NBAK file, select Tools → Database → Offline Restore, navigate to your file, and click Open.
