How to Open .MAX file on different platforms

Open .MAX File on Windows

  • Right-click a .MAX
  • Left-click "Open With" > "Choose another app"
  • Select the program that opens .MAX file and Select check box "Always use this app to open .MAX files" Press "Ok"

  • Right-click (or Ctrl + Left-click) the .MAX file
  • Click "Open With" > "Other.."
