To emulate the PCjr system in DOSBox, you must supply the machine=pcjr argument at the command line when starting DOSBox, or set the argument in the DOSBox.conf file. If DOSBox is configured properly for PCjr, you can boot cartridge files at the DOSBox command prompt by typing:
