What is an .IPF file?

.IPF is Interchangeable Preservation File

The IPF format was designed for use with the Commodore Amiga, but can be used with Atari and PC files as well. It may contain disk images, ROM files, or any other type of digital media.

It stores information about panels and the different elements that make up the project layout, such as buttons, scenes, and horizontal and vertical sliders.

PEAK PCAN-Explorer is used to communicate with the CAN and CAN FD protocols, which allow microcontrollers and devices on automobile busses to communicate with each other. IPF files are created by PCAN-Explorer to store information about the visual layout of panels in a PCAN-Explorer project.
