ICONPACKAGE files are bundled with several .ICO files or a single .ICL file. They can also be included inside compressed IconPackager .IP files.
NOTE: IconPackager introduced the ".iconpackage" file extension for raw themes beginning with IconPackager 5. Previously, raw themes used the .IPTHEME extension.
