Saved game file created by Microsoft Hearts, a cards game included with Windows; saves the cards in each player's hand as well as the number of tricks won; allows the player to continue where he left off last.
HEARTSSAVE-MS files are not manually saved by the user. Instead, when exiting Hearts, you are asked whether you would like to save the existing game progress. If you select the button, Hearts creates a save file in the [user]\Saved Games\Microsoft Games\Hearts\ directory. When you open Hearts again, it will ask if you want to continue your last game.
