.EDF is Edificius Project

Project created by Edificius, a CAD program that helps users create 2D and 3D architectural designs; contains data that describes different elements of the design such as roof material, door width, window fixture model, and balcony slab inclination; includes area views, floor plans, section views, elevation views, isometric views, terrain views and renderings of the design.

The EDF file also contains data that makes up the "Bill of Quantities," which is a list of tariffs, work descriptions, dimensions, and financial amount of the construction of the design. This data can be exported to a .DCF file.
