File created by DAZ Studio, a 3D character modeling application; stores a shader mixer network, which specifies how a material is shaded; can be edited and previewed with the open ended canvas provided by the Shader Mixer view; saved in an XML format.

NOTE: Select Window → Tabs → Shader Mixer to open the Shader Mixer in DAZ Studio. Choose File → Open Shader... from within the Shader Mixer view to open a DBM file and File → Save Shader... to save a DBM file.
