What is an .CHML file?

.CHML is Chameleon Encrypted Database File

Encrypted data file created with Chameleon imaging workflow software; contains images saved with Chameleon Sports Photography, School Photography, or Identification System software; used for transferring content between Chameleon software programs.

CHML files are saved in a secure format that can only be opened by Chameleon software. They may also be password-protected, which means a user must enter the correct password in order to open a CHML file.

How to solve problems with CHML files

  • Associate the CHML file extension with the correct application. On :
