Virus scan report file created by AntiVir, a Windows antivirus application; saved in a plain text format and contains a report of an antivirus scan; can later be uploaded to the Avira Malware Research Center for review.

How to fix problems with .AVL files

  1. You need to update the application that you normally use to open .AVL files. Only the latest version of the software supports the current .AVL file format
  2. You need to check the .AVL file for viruses. To do this, you need to scan it with a popular antivirus (Norton, Nod32, Kaspersky, Dr.Web, etc.)
