AQM files can be created with Mobile Atlas Creator (MOBAC) and then uploaded to the Android SD card.
NOTE: The AQM format is an open format whose specification is maintained within the MOBAC SourceForge project. Mobile Atlas Creator was formerly called TrekBuddy Atlas Creator.
